BB locked: triceps, underpull w 1leg up, plyo pushup, headdown pullup 10-10-10-10

¼ tacfit - plank push squat, diagonal twist ball, Rocca squat (pike-sq-pre),

TRX Overhead sidecrunches
MBall Sit side throw
Ball Wall throw 2x20 ( w susp band)
KB Legs up slow
